Stretch Therapy classes start with a light warm-up, then move on to a series of stretches, often working with props (e.g. blocks or bolsters), a wall, or another person to help us maintain the correct position. Stretches are modified depending on an individual’s flexibility, and to take into account existing injuries or health conditions.
What to wear:
Loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. We recommend that you do the class barefoot, but you may wear socks.
Booking: All classes (including drop-ins) need to booked and paid for in advance. Please contact me with details of the class / course you’d like to join and I will send you bank details.
